As part of the Macron Law tariff system and related regulations dated 26 February 2016, Le Breton Notaires, agree to the following statutory fee rebates.

Please note that the guidelines authorising these rebates neither requires nor authorises negotiation.

In addition, in case of several notaires working for the same statutorily defined service, the agreed-upon rebate of each participating notaire will be deducted from his firm’s share of the statutory fee.
