Clarion Partners Europe secures EUR30m construction loan for Paris logistics development

Real estate investment fund manager Clarion Partners Europe, specialising in logistics and industrial assets, has agreed to forward fund a Grade-A warehouse in Boisseaux, south pf Paris, for €46.6m.

Eurazeo’s Real Estate team has announced the signature of a sale agreement with the Seine-Normandy Water Agency for the entire Côté Jardin office building (5,500 sqm) on the Highlight campus, in the Paris suburb of Courbevoie.

Clarion Partners Europe, spécialisé dans les actifs logistiques et industriels, a investi 46,6 M€ dans un entrepôt de 74 245 m² à Boisseaux, au sud de Paris. Le vendeur, Quartus Logistique, agira également en tant que responsable du développement.
